1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EVSEBridge's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

EVSEBridge provides a cloud-based OCPP central system for managing electric vehicle charging infrastructure. This includes charge point management, session monitoring, analytics, APIs, and related tools.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid services are billed on a monthly or annual basis per charge point as described in the selected plan. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

5. Service Level Agreement

Applicable SLA terms depend on your subscription plan. Uptime guarantees, support response times, and remedies for service failures are detailed in your plan's SLA document.

6. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We process your data solely to provide the services. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with the proper working of the service
Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the service
Exceed reasonable API rate limits

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EVSEBridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
